Draft stakeholder engagement plan and study plan

The joint study leads drafted a stakeholder engagement plan and a study plan for the Salmon Industry Study. Consultation on the drafts began in May 2026 and closed 5 July 2026.

Stakeholders and members of the public were invited to provide feedback on:

  • The proposed approach to stakeholder engagement.
  • The scope, focus and structure of the study.

The study leads are considering the feedback, which will inform the finalised stakeholder engagement plan and study plan before phase one of the study begins.

Submissions received during consultation will be published after the study leads have considered the feedback.
