Top 5 Career Streams
DIGITAL SKILLS ARE FOUNDATIONAL FOR A CUTTING-EDGE CAREER.

Digital and ICT skills includes a range of technical and non-technical skills in information, communication, and technology (ICT), data and cyber security related professions.

The Tasmanian State Service digital and ICT workforce is a broad and talented group that provide a range of transformational and business as usual services to support government priorities.

By aligning to the SFIA framework, the sector adopts a common language to describe roles and skills which supports improved strategic workforce planning and targeted workforce initiatives including the development of career pathways and supporting mobility across the sector.

The Tasmanian State Service Digital Workforce Capability Development Work Stream uses SFIA to map Tasmanian State Service job roles and skills which underpins the Digital Careers Campaign activities.
