Due to continuous low flows, I Bhargav Patel, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, hereby restrict the taking of water from the Western Creek and its Tributaries.
Except upon the written permission of the Minister or a person delegated on that behalf by the Minister,no water is to be taken directly from the watercourse under Choose an item. for irrigation purposes or into storage for irrigation purposes.
This notice takes effect at 3 PM Tuesday, 12 March 2024 and will remain in forceuntil 12 Midday Tuesday, 26 March 2024
