Water Notice - Swan River and Tributaries.

Due to increased stream flows, I Kym Honeychurch, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, issue an Opportunistic Take for the Swan River.

Water may now be taken by licensees under opportunistic take for irrigation purposes or into storage for irrigation purposes.

This notice takes effect from midday Tuesday, 16 July 2024 and will remain in force until the Swan River as measured at the Grange gauging station falls below 500ML/d.
