Water Notice - St Pauls River and Tributaries

Due to increased stream flows, I Kym Honeychurch, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, issue a Surety 8 Flood Take for the St Pauls River and its Tributaries.

Water may now be taken by licensees under Surety 8 allocations for irrigation purposes or into storage for irrigation purposes.

This notice takes effect from 12 Midday Wednesday, 1 July 2026 and will remain in force until 12 Midday Sunday, 5 July 2026 or the St Pauls River as measured at the Avoca gauging station falls below 40 ML/d.
