Water Notice - St Pauls River and Tributaries.

Due to improved flows, I Kym Honeychurch, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, revoke the current notice of restriction on the taking of water from the St Pauls River and its Tributaries. Water may now be taken by licensees under Surety 5 and Surety 6 allocations for irrigation purposes.

This notice takes effect from 10 AM Thursday, 23 October 2025
