Water Notice - St Pauls River and Tributaries.

Due to the Trevallyn Dam spilling and the increased stream flows, I Jack Dillon, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, extend the current Surety 8 Flood Take for the St Pauls River and its Tributaries.

Water may now be taken by licensees under Surety 8 allocations for irrigation purposes or into storage for irrigation purposes.

This notice takes effect from 12 Midday Tuesday, 17 September 2024 and will remain in force until 12 Midday Friday, 20 September 2024 or the St Pauls River as measured at the St Pauls River (US South Esk River) gauging station falls below 48 ML/d.
