Due to increased stream flows, I Kym Honeychurch, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, issue an Opportunistic Take for the St Patricks River.
Water may now be taken by licensees under opportunistic take for irrigation purposes or into storage for irrigation purposes.
This notice takes effect from Midday Friday, 30 August 2024 and will remain in force until the St Patricks River as measured at the Nunamara gauging station falls below 2100 ML/d.
