Due to improved flows, I James Dennis, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, revoke the current notice of restriction on the taking of water from the Pipers River and its Tributaries. Water may now be taken by licensees under Surety 6 allocations for irrigation purposes.
This notice takes effect from 12 Midday Wednesday, 8 April 2026
