Due to improved flows, I Amy Lawrence, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, revoke the current notice of restriction on the taking of water from the Panatana Rivulet and its Tributaries. Water may now be taken by licensees under Surety 5 and Surety 6 allocations for irrigation purposes.
This notice takes effect from 12 Midday Tuesday, 6 January 2026
