Water Notice - North Esk & St Patricks River and their Tributaries

Due to reduced stream flows, I Bhargav Patel, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, revoke the current Opportunistic Take for the North Esk & St Patricks River.

Water may continue to be taken by licensees under Surety 5 & 6 allocations for irrigation purposes or into storage for irrigation purposes.

This notice takes effect from 10 AM Thursday, 25 July 2024.
