Due to reduced stream flows, I Bhargav Patel, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, revoke the current Surety 7 Flood Take for the Macquarie River.
Water may continue to be taken by licensees under Surety 5 & 6 allocations for irrigation purposes or into storage for irrigation purposes.
This notice takes effect from 10AM Thursday, 26 September 2024.
