Water Notice - Great Forester River

Notice under Section 90 of the Water Management Act 1999

Great Forester River and their Tributaries.

Due to reduced stream flows, I Busola Adedokun, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, revoke the current Opportunistic Take for the Great Forester River.

Water may continue to be taken by licensees under Surety 5 & 6 allocations for irrigation purposes or into storage for irrigation purposes.

This notice takes effect from 10 AM Friday, 9 August 2024.
