Water Notice - Great Forester River below Oxberry Creek and Tributaries.

Due to improved flows, I Stephen Pryor, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, revoke the current notice of restriction on the taking of water from the Great Forester River below Oxberry Creek. Water may now be taken by licensees under Surety 3, Surety 5 and Surety 6 allocations for irrigation purposes.

This notice takes effect from 10AM Friday, 23 February 2024.
