Water Notice - Great Forester River above Oxberry Creek including Hursts Creek, Coxs Creek & Tuckers Rivulet and Tributaries

Due to improved flows, I Stephen Pryor, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, revoke the current notice of restriction on the taking of water from the Great Forester River above Oxberry Creek including Hursts Creek, Coxs Creek & Tuckers Rivulet and its Tributaries. Water may now be taken by licensees under Surety 6 allocations for irrigation purposes.

This notice takes effect from 10AM Friday, 23 February 2024.
