Water Notice - Clyde River and Tributaries

Due to increased stream flows, I Kym Honeychurch, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, issue a Surety 7 Flood Take for the Clyde River and its Tributaries.

Water may now be taken by licensees under Surety 7 allocations for irrigation purposes or into storage for irrigation purposes.

This notice takes effect from 11 AM Wednesday, 5 November 2025 and will remain in force until 12 Midday Monday, 10 November 2025 or the Clyde River as measured at the Bothwell gauging station falls below 86 ML/d.
