Due to improved flows, I Elijah Atherton, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, revoke the current notice of restriction on the taking of water from the Chasm Creek and its Tributaries. Water may now be taken by licensees under Surety 6 allocations for irrigation purposes.
This notice takes effect from 12 Midday Wednesday, 18 February 2026
