Water Notice - Ansons River and Tributaries

Due to improved flows, I Elijah Atherton, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, revoke the current notice of restriction on the taking of water from the Ansons River Catchment and its Tributaries. Water may now be taken by licensees under Surety 5 and Surety 6 allocations for irrigation purposes.

This notice takes effect from 12 Midday Tuesday, 14 July 2026
