Application for a Private Hospital Licence – Launceston Private Hospital

Notice is given that an application for a licence has been received under section 25 of the Health Service Establishments Act 2006 from Launceston Private Hospital Pty Ltd (ABN 95 667 411 038), for the following establishment:

Launceston Private Hospital, to be located at 213-215 Wellington Street, Launceston, Tasmania 7250.

In-principle approval of this application would permit, Launceston Private Hospital Pty Ltd (ABN 95 667 411 038) to proceed with the design and construction of a General and Surgical Class hospital at the above facility.

If approval in principle is granted, it would be subject to certain conditions that must be complied with before a full licence to operate the service can be issued.
