Water Notice- Liffey River upstream of West Channel and Tributaries

Due to improved flows, I Kym Honeychurch, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, revoke the current notice of restriction on the taking of water from the Liffey River upstream of West Channel and its Tributaries. Water may now be taken by licensees under Surety 5 allocations for irrigation purposes. Surety 6 allocations remain on full restriction.

This notice takes effect from 3 PM Friday, 10 January 2025.
