Public Notice – total allowable catch for the commercial giant crab fishery for the 2022-2023 quota period
I, Guy Barnett, Minister administering the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 (the Act), pursuant to Section 94 of that Act, hereby set the total allowable catch for the commercial giant crab fishery at 20.7 tonnes for the quota period from 1 March 2022 to 28 February 2023.
Expressions used in this Public Notice have the same meaning as in the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 and the Fisheries (Giant Crab) Rules 2013.
