Notice is given that an application for a licence has been received by the Department of Health from Martin Perelman as Director of Silk Laser Clinic Pty Ltd – Eastlands (ACN 617 857 333 for the following day procedure centre:
Silk Laser Clinic Pty Ltd (ACN 617 857 333), proposed to be located at Shop U50 Eastlands Shopping Centre, 26 Bligh Street, Rosny Park TAS 7018
If the licence is granted, Silk Laser Clinic Pty Ltd will be licenced to provide low risk/minimally invasive skin care procedures at the above facility.
