I, Ian Dutton, General Manager - Marine Resources in the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania, acting pursuant to a delegation from the Minister for Primary Industries and Water made on 13 July 2022 and acting pursuant to section 20(1) of the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 (the Act), hereby set for the quota period from 5 October 2022 to 31 December 2022 the total allowable catch for the commercial scallop fishery at 4,495.2 tonnes.
Expressions used in this Public Notice have the same meaning as in the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 and the Fisheries (Scallop) Rules 2020.
