Notice is given that an application for a licence has been received by the Department of Health from Ms Cynthia Dowell as Regional Chief Executive Officer of Calvary Health Care Limited, for the following private hospital:
Calvary Health Care Limited (CAN 129 926 790) proposed to be located at 52 Frankland Street, Launceston 7250
In-principle approval of this application would permit Calvary Health Care Limited (ACN 129 926 790) to proceed with the design and construction of a General, Surgical, Maternity, Rehabilitation, Psychiatric class hospital at the above facility. The proposed private hospital will also provide a specialist service in Coronary Angioplasty.
If approval in principle is granted, it would be subject to certain conditions that must be complied with before a full licence to operate the service can be issued.
