Notice is given that an application for a licence has been received by the Department of Health from Kode Pty Ltd trading as Launceston Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Unit (ABN 48 093 162 504), for the following day procedure centre:
Launceston Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Unit (ABN 48 093 162 504), located at 54 Elphin Road, Launceston TAS 7250.
If the application is approved, Launceston Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Unit will be licenced as a Day Procedure Centre at the above facility.
