Due to low flows, I Jack Dillon, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, hereby restrict the taking of water from the Little Swanport River and its Tributaries.
Except upon the written permission of the Minister or a person delegated on that behalf by the Minister, no water is to be taken directly from the watercourse under Surety 5 or Surety 6 allocations for irrigation purposes or into storage for irrigation purposes.
This notice takes effect at 12 Midday Tuesday, 31 October 2023 and will remain in force until 12 Midday Thursday, 30 November 2023
